1、铝:铝合金是最常用的手电外壳材料。

好处:磨光容易,不易锈蚀,重量轻,塑性性好,加工相对容易,在表面进行阳极电镀处理后,能获得良好的耐磨性和颜色。

can be obtained after anodic plating on the surface.
缺陷:硬度低,怕碰撞,容易变形。

多数组装手电都是用AL6061-T6铝合金材料,6061-T6又称航空硬铝,轻而强度高,生产成本高,有良好的可成形性、良好的抗腐蚀性能,氧化效果较好。
